General Information
Settings Type
️ The various settings outlined below will change the behavior of the application or the data that is displayed.
Toggle Switch
Switch the toggle to the left side to set it to the Off/False position (Grey).
Switch the toggle to the right to set it to the On/True position (Green).


Textbox
Enter the necessary text input required by the textbox.


Drop-down List
Select the necessary setting in the drop-down list.


Multi-Selection List
Select the necessary items in the multiple-selection list.


Security Manager View/Settings
The Settings page allows the assigned Security Manager to edit and modify the settings that will impact to all levels of users.
️ The following instructions are intended for the assigned Security Manager.


Click on the EDIT icon beside the Setting.
The Security Manager can select in the drop-down menu which level can the specific settings be controlled by.
Company Level - the setting will be applied company-wide and can be enabled or disabled using the toggle-switch.




Site Level - the setting will be applied and visible to the specified sites and can be enabled or disabled using the toggle-switch.




Warehouse Team Level - the setting will be applied to the specified teams and can be enabled or disabled using the toggle-switch.




Employee Level - this allows the employee to change their own value for the specified setting and can be enabled or disabled using the toggle-switch.




Click on Return to List View to apply the level changes.

Material Query Settings
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.

Under the Main Menu, tap on Settings and select Mtl Query.

In the Mtl Query screen, tap on NEW QUERY.

4, Enter a Query/Filter Name in the Filter Name field and tap on SAVE.

Select an existing Filter or Sort Order to edit.

In the Add screen, apply the necessary filter changes to be shown in a query.
️ The second screenshot will show a query that fails to be executed when the value is not provided in the form.


Tap on SAVE to apply the changes to the query.
Receipt Settings
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Settings and select Receipts.

Scan the barcode or manually enter the barcode for the parts various UOM's.

Tap on SAVE.

In the Process tab, there will be a Required Qty (Required Quantity) shown as to how many items are needed to be in the Quantity field.

Tap on the Quantity field and scan an item using a barcode scanner.
The Scan Incrementer page will show up to indicate how many quantities are scanned of each item.

Scan Sequencing
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under the Main Menu, tap on Settings and select Scan Sequencing.
Select the page to apply the scan sequencing to.


Select the appropriate Available Rows to use for the sequencing and tap SAVE.


A message will confirm if the sequence has been successfully saved.

Change the order sequence by tapping on Re-order and use the arrows to set the preferred sequence and tap SAVE.

A message will confirm if the order of the sequence has been successfully saved.

Part Pictures
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under Configuration, select Part Pictures.
Enter in or scan the Part Number in the Part Number field.
Alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Part Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter selection, and select the appropriate Part Number.


Click on Process to update the image used.

Tap on Retake to access the camera and replace the current image used.
Tap on Remove to remove the current image used.
Tap on Add Photo to access the camera and take a new photo to replace the previous photo.

Wireless Scanner
️ Note: If it is not in Serial BLE mode, scan this with the 8680i:

To pair the Honeywell 8680i scanning device, tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.
Under Settings, select Wireless Scanner.
Turn on the Honeywell 8680i and configure it to Serial BLE mode for the scanner to be detectable


Tap on Discover to re-do detection of the device as long as the device is turned on and is in the right mode to be detectable.
Click on the device that is listed to complete the connection.


A message will confirm that the device is ready to scan.


Tap on Disconnect to unpair the device.
