Proof of Delivery
POD Customer Shipment
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.


Under the Main Menu, tap on Proof of Delivery and select POD Customer Shipment .
In the Pack Number field, enter or search for a Pack Number.
Or alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Pack Number field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate Pack Number.
In the Actions section, click on the following to attach:

Attach File
Attach documents or files
Picture
Attach photos or images
Signature
Attach signature
️ If you experience crashing when taking picture, please reduce your image quality in the POD settings.
Secondary Action Menu





POD Master Pack
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.


Under the Main Menu, tap on Proof of Delivery and select POD Master Pack.
In the Master Pack field, enter or search for a Master Pack Number.
Or alternatively, tap on the list icon beside the Master Pack field to select from a list, or tap on the filter icon to filter the list, and select the appropriate Master Pack Number.
In the Actions section, click on the following to attach:

Attach File
Attach documents or files
Picture
Attach photos or images
Signature
Attach signature
Secondary Action Menu



POD Master Pack
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.


Under Proof of Delivery, select POD Master Pack.
Scan or enter in the Master Pack record in the Master Pack field.
To attach a file, tap on ATTACH and select a file that was locally saved to attach it.
To take a picture, tap on PICTURE to access the camera and take an image to be used.
To include a signature, tap on SIGNATURE to access the virtual sign pad and sign accordingly. Click on OK.

To set the status of the master pack to STAGED, enter in the Stage Number in the Stage Number field.

Tap on the Secondary Action Items Menu icon and tap on CONFIRM SHIPMENT to ship.

The status will then be changed to SHIPPED.

POD TFO Ship
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.


Under Proof of Delivery, select POD TFO Ship.
Scan or enter in the Pack Num record in the Pack Num field.

In the Actions section, click on the following to attach:

Attach File
Attach documents or files
Picture
Attach photos or images
Signature
Attach signature
POD Stage
Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.


Under Proof of Delivery, select POD Stage.






Item Processing





Different Secondary Action options will be available depending on the type and status of the shipment being processed.
Customer Shipment
Lines of the shipment can be reviewed using Secondary Action Menu > Shipment Lines optionSecondary Action Menu > Mark as shipped option finalizes shipment and sets status to Shipped.
