Home View/How To

• This section provides some brief descriptions of how the EKW works and the icons you may see throughout the application.

• The Settings section for each Process Group contains values that affect the way the application works. In some cases the Mobile devices own settings can be set to optimize the user experience, such as open an input field automatically.

• The main title bar appears at the top of most screens and displays the title. It contains "Hamburger" icons that display the Main Menu and Help/System Info. It also includes the User/Employee currently logged in and their Favourite screens/processes.

Favorites

Favourites in EKW are shortcuts to screens or processes a user accesses most often. They appear on the home screen, allowing quick access without searching the full menu.

️ The Screens and processes marked as Favorites appear on the employee's Home screen for quicker/easier access.

Favourites are user-specific, allowing each employee to set them based on their role. Warehouse pickers, receivers, and supervisors can have different favourites without affecting others.

1. Tap on the Menu icon located in the upper left side of the screen to pull up the Main Menu.

1. Under the Main Menu, tap on Favorites and select Setup.

2. Tap on the star for any menu item to be added or removed from your favorites list

1. Click on the Re-Order tab change the display order by moving the arrows accordingly.

1. Tap on SAVE to finalize, or tap on CLEAR ALL to start afresh

EKW Tips

• Add only screens you use daily, such as picking, receiving, or material queue, to keep the home screen clean and easy to navigate. Too many favourites can hinder quick access.

• Reorder your favourites so the most important screens appear at the top. This helps when working quickly on mobile devices where scrolling slows you down.
