Release Notes - Upcoming release (18th Dec 2025)

Sales UOM can now be viewed on the delivery card within the run page.
Subcontract operations are now visible on the dispatch board.
Subcontract pickup operations are now visible on the dispatch board.
Purchase order transactions are now displayed on the dispatch board.
Users can now expand all items in a delivery card on the run page with a single action, rather than expanding each item individually.
Order types can now be filtered in the advanced filter panel.

Added indexes to the BDPRunID field on both the DispatchPortalRun and DispatchPortalDeliveries tables to improve query performance. This is especially important as data grows, and after last release’s migration (RunID → BDPRunID), we can now safely apply keys and indexing.
Improved dock overlap messages to now include the specific date and time of the conflicting record.
Updated the styling of delivery cards where all items are shipped—these now use a darker gray (consistent with the board) for better visibility.
Users are now notified if a critical BPM is missing at login. Epicor upgrades sometimes disable and hide BPMs on UD tables, so we’ve added an informational prompt with a link to resolve this. Without these BPMs, the Dispatch Portal will not function correctly.

Resolved an issue where unassigned and ad-hoc routes were being unintentionally created on login, resulting in duplicate records.
Fixed an error that occurred during logins on new devices when the Epicor version had not yet been stored.
Dock entry records now display correctly when a dock remains occupied for more than one day.
Fixed an issue where orders disappeared when the plant was changed at the release level.
Prevented users from entering pilot URLs.
Fixed an issue where the run card did not display in yellow when expanded in the route view.
Route names are now limited to 20 characters to align with Epicor and stage name constraints.
Resolved an issue where RMA order dates were not updating when moved in Epicor, causing data validation mismatches on the board.
Fixed an issue where the order tracker was not showing for some order lines on delivery cards.
