Release Notes 2.1.13

New Features:

  • Vehicle volume capacity has been introduced to the BDP. The system now calculates the total volume of parts on an order and compares it against the maximum capacity of the assigned vehicle. If adding an order to a run would exceed the vehicle’s volume capacity, the user will receive a notification. Maximum volume capacity can be configured for both trucks and trailers within their respective vehicle management screens.

  • A run capacity summary has been added to the top of the Run page. This displays the total weight and volume of orders on the run and compares them against the maximum weight and volume capacity of the assigned vehicles.

Improvements:

  • The BDP now uses semantic versioning. Previously, versions were based on release dates and patch numbers; the new versioning format provides a clearer and more user-friendly way to understand release versions.

  • Clearer messaging is now shown when moving releases across the board, indicating how many releases will be moved when using any of the three available movement methods.

  • Users can now scroll freely while in full screen mode, improving usability when viewing large boards.

  • Delivery cards now display the total weight and total volume of all parts on an order. Previously, the card displayed weight and volume for a single part, requiring users to manually calculate totals.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the Run page displayed incorrect weight conversions when switching between metric and imperial units.

  • Fixed an issue where RMA orders were hidden from the board on the final day of the filter range.

  • Prevented users from moving closed PO lines, which previously caused data inconsistencies.

  • Fixed an issue where users without authorisation were still able to move purchase orders, leading to data issues.

  • Fixed an issue where Pack Status and Pack Number fields were not displayed on delivery cards when multiple order types were being delivered to the same address.
