Epicor Upgrade BPM Visibility Issue

In recent Epicor upgrades, we’ve identified instances where BPMs attached to UD service methods are automatically disabled and become hidden within the Epicor user interface. When this occurs, the affected BPMs are also excluded from the data returned by the Epicor APIs during login. As a result, the portal is unable to automatically detect, enable, or mark them as compatible.

If you receive a message on the portal prompting you to enable a BPM manually, please log in to Epicor and re-enable it. This particular UD BPM is essential for the portal to function correctly, and enabling it ensures the application continues to operate as expected.

To Fix the impacted BPM's

1. Go to the 'BPM Directives' screen in Epicor and click the search button on the right hand side of the screen.

1. On the search pop up, select the 'Type' as 'User Defined Service', and select the service with the BPM you wish to update. In this example, If I wanted to update a BPM on 'DispatchPortalDeliveries_c' service, I will select the below search criteria, and click 'Search'

1. A list of available methods will be displayed, find the method that was unable to be located by the BDP, and click 'Ok'.

2. Go through the directives inside of the selected method, and ensure they are marked as 'Enabled'.
