Sentry Crash Reporting

Starting in version 5.10.1 Epicor Kinetic Warehouse now integrates Sentry, an industry-leading error-tracking tool. This helps us detect and resolve critical crash issues faster.

What is collected

Sentry will only collect diagnostic information about unrecoverable crashes. It does not run continuously in the background or track routine user activities.

• Does not report application errors, user activities or usage

• Captures technical diagnostics to aid root cause analysis:

• Stack traces to pinpoint issues

• Device and OS details for compatibility fixes

• App version info to track affected releases

• Contextual metadata

Privacy & Security

• No personally identifiable information is collected

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest

• 90-day data retention period

• Sentry is SOC2 & ISO-certified, meeting industry security standards

How to Opt-Out

To prevent EKW reporting these crash logs, create a network level filter for the subdomain sentry.emww-biscit.com. This will not impact the app’s functionality or performance.

Do not create a filter for the entire emww-biscit.com domain as this is used for other features like IDP authentication.
