# How to Use the Maintenance Job Template in ERM

1. In **ERM**, open the relative **Equipment** that the template will be used and click on the **Maintenance** tab.&#x20;

2. In the **Maintenance** tab, whether if it is under **On Hire Off Hire**, select the **Maintenance Job Template** created earlier in **Kinetic** and enable **Confirmation Required** and the **Enabled** checkbox as necessary.<br>
