# How to Extend Bookings

1. In the ERM page, go to the **Logistics** section, and click on **Booking Extensions**.

2. Click on the checkbox beside the **Agreement Number** to select all the agreements or select the checkbox on relevant agreements that will be extended.

3. Click on **Accept Proposed Dates**. You can see the proposed date for each line in the grid. The proposed date is based on the invoice cycle and will be set to the end of the next period.

4\. To extend the booking, click on **Ok**.
