# How to Create an Agreement

1. Go to the ERM page.

### How to convert a **Proposal** to an **Agreement**. 

2. Click on the **Proposals** section.

3. Search for the **Proposal** in the **Proposals** **list** and click to open it.

4. Review the **Proposal** details and once finalized, click on **Won**.

5. Click on the **Reason** field and type in the comments for the conversion of this Proposal, tthen click on **Submit Reason**.

### How to Create an new Agreement

6. In the ERM page, click on the click **Add** icon in the **Agreements** section or go to the **Agreements** section.

7. Click on **Create New Agreement**.

8. Click on a Company to create the **Agreement** for.

9. Review and check the details of the agreement. There will be fields that need editing such as the **Site** field.

10. Click on the **Site** field and select the proper site in the drop-down menu.

11. Once the details are complete, click on **Ok**.

### Adding Line Charges

12. Click on the **Add** icon beside the **Line Charges** field.

13. Select the date range using the digital calendar.

14. In the timeline, search and click on the **Equipment** line that is chosen.

### Adding Category Line Charges

15. Click on the **Add** icon beside a **Category** to add it to the **Agreement**.

16. Type in the quantity in the **Quantity** field and click **OK**

17. Click on the **Category** Line Charge.

18. Review the details.

### **Editing Line Charges**

19. Click on the **edit** button and type in the rate manually.

20. Once details are finalised, click **Ok**.

### Adding Miscellaneous Charges

21. Click on the **Add** icon beside the **Misc Charges** field.

22. Click on **Add Misc Charge**.
23. Click on **Select Misc Charge** and select the **Miscellaneous Charge** to be added in the drop-down menu.

### Adding An Additonal Miscellaneous Charge

24. Click on **Add Misc Charge** again.

25. Repeat the same step as before.

### Editing Miscellaneous Charges

27. Click on the **Rate** field to edit enter the necessary value for it.

28.  Once all details are completed, click **Ok**.

### Adding Miscellaneous Charges Via Line Item

29. Click on the **Line Item**.

30. Go to the **MISC CHARGES** tab and repeat the same steps as before.

31. Review the **Agreement** details.

32. If there are details that need to be changed, click on the **Edit** button and edit accordingly.

33. Once everything is finalised, click on the **Save** button.
