# How to Create a Misc Charge

1. In the ERM **Pricing** section, go to the **Price Groups** screen.

2. Click on the **+Create New Misc Charge** button.

### Creating Miscellaneous Charges in Kinetic

3. This will redirect you to the [Kinetic](https://rms-uat.biscit.co/kinetic/apps/erp/home/#/view/OMMT1114/Erp.UI.MiscChrgEntry?channelid=0\&layerVersion=0\&baseAppVersion=0\&company=EPIC06\&KeyFields.MiscCode=]\(http://rms-uat.biscit.co/kinetic/apps/erp/home/#/view/OMMT1114/Erp.UI.MiscChrgEntry?channelid=0\&layerVersion=0\&baseAppVersion=0\&company=EPIC06\&KeyFields.MiscCode=\)) login page if you are not already logged into Kinetic in your browser session.
4. Type in your credentials, which should be the same as your ERM credentials, and click on **Log in**.

5. Click on the add "**+**" button.

6. Fill in the fields with the necessary information and details.

7. In the **Code** field, type in the preferred code for the miscellaneous fee being created.

8. Click on the **Description** field and type in the preferred description for the miscellaneous fee being created.

9. Click on the **Type** field select the preferred option from the drop-down.

**Note**: Amount is the type and only option that is relevant to use for ERM.

10. Click on the **Amount** field.

11. Type in the numerical value needed for the amount of the miscellaneous fee.

12. Click on the **Frequency** field and select the preferred option in the drop-down.

17\. Click on the **Tax Category** field and select the preferred option in the drop-down.

18. Click on the **Intrastat** field and select the preferred option in the drop-down.

19. Check the necessary **Options** checkboxes that is needed and ensure all details are complete and click on the **Save** icon.
