# How to Create a Customer

1. In the Kinetic Customer page, click on the add icon.&#x20;

2. In the Customer page,  create the usual Customer and complete all the details required.

**Note:** Fields marked with an asterisk (\*) are typically mandatory for saving the record.

3. Once all details are completed, click on the **Save** icon.

4. Afterwards, **go to ERM** and click on the **Customers** section.
5. Search for the newly created customer in Kinetic in the **Customers** list.

6. Once the newly created customer has been selected, set the price group for it.

7. The **Price Group** in the drop-down selection will either be **Retail** or **Trade**.

8. Once the **Price Group** has been set, click on the **Save** icon. The **Customer** can now be used in ERM.&#x20;
